Payments

Know what is paid, what is outstanding and what needs attention.

Every invoice carries its own pay link, and every payment result comes back to that invoice. No separate spreadsheet of who paid what.

Sahor keeps the context. The provider moves the money.

Sahor One never holds customer funds and never sees card details. A licensed payment provider processes each payment and settles it to your account.

Every payment has a clear state.

These are the states you see on an invoice. Nothing is hidden in a separate report.

Link sent
The pay link went to the customer with the invoice.
Paid
The provider confirmed the payment. The invoice shows paid.
Settled
The provider has settled the funds to your account on its schedule.
Declined
The card was declined. The invoice stays open and you can resend the link.
Refunded
Refunded in full or in part, linked to the original payment and invoice.
Cash recorded
The office or technician recorded cash against the invoice.

Reconciled on the invoice, not at month end.

The invoice, the request, the provider’s result and the status in Sahor are one connected record, so finance does not rebuild the story later.

Does Sahor hold our customers’ money?

No. Card payments are processed by the configured payment provider and settled to your account. Sahor records the result on the invoice.

Where do customers enter their card details?

On the payment provider’s secure checkout. Card details never pass through Sahor.

What happens when a card is declined?

The decline shows on the invoice, the invoice stays open, and you can resend the link.

Can we refund a payment?

Yes, in full or in part. The refund is linked to the original payment and invoice.

Can customers still pay cash?

Yes. The office or technician records cash against the invoice, so card and cash payments sit in the same place.

Can we take a deposit?

Yes. Record a deposit on the invoice and collect the balance when the work is done.

Are card fees part of the Sahor subscription?

No. The payment provider charges its own processing fee on each card transaction. It is not a Sahor plan charge.

What do we need to start taking payments?

Business verification, which is included in your subscription, then a connected payment account.

Send the next invoice with a way to pay.

Available on every plan. Card processing fees are charged by the payment provider.
