Integrations

Connect the specialist services your business depends on.

Messaging, payments, e-Invoicing and verification are handled by specialist providers. Sahor keeps the business context around them and sends each one only the data it needs.

One business record in the middle.

Every connection feeds the same customer, job and invoice. A payment result lands on the invoice; an e-invoice status lands on the invoice; a WhatsApp conversation lands on the customer.

Do we need to set up these providers ourselves?

No separate integration project. You connect WhatsApp, payments and e-Invoicing from inside Sahor One, and verification runs as part of setup.

What is included in our plan?

The accredited e-Invoicing provider service and business verification are included in your Sahor subscription. WhatsApp messaging beyond your plan’s included usage is charged by usage, and card payments carry the payment provider’s processing fee.

What data does Sahor share with providers?

Only the data each provider needs to do its part. The Subprocessors page lists each provider, its purpose and the data it handles.

Are these partnerships?

They are providers Sahor connects to. We call them providers, not partners, unless there is a formal partnership.

Can we connect our accounting software?

On Scale and Enterprise, the API can send completed jobs and invoices to your own systems.

Connect WhatsApp first. Add the rest when you are ready.

Most businesses start with the inbox, then add payments and e-Invoicing.
