Is Sahor One already live?
Yes. Sahor One is live in the UAE and in use by service businesses.
What does “pilot customer” mean?
It describes how we onboard: our team works with each pilot business personally, with closer support and a direct say in what we build next. It does not mean an unfinished product.
Can we use the real product?
Yes. Pilot customers run their real operation on the same product every Sahor customer uses.
What does pilot onboarding include?
Help setting up your business, services and team, importing customers, connecting WhatsApp, payments and applicable e-Invoicing, and running your first real jobs.
What do the two-month offers include?
Eligible pilot customers get 2 months of the Growth plan free, and 2 months of Sahor One e-Invoicing free from the day e-Invoicing is activated.
What happens after the free e-Invoicing period?
E-invoicing continues as part of your Sahor plan, including the accredited provider service.
Can we leave if it is not right?
Yes. How to cancel, and what happens to your subscription, is set out in the Terms of Service.
Can businesses outside home services join?
Yes, if your team visits customer locations and bills for the work. Tell us about your operation.
How much time does setup require?
Most businesses run their first real workflow within a day, then add the rest over the following weeks.
Can larger or multi-branch businesses participate?
Yes. Scale supports several branches; for larger rollouts we agree an onboarding plan with you.
