Each plan includes its users, its features and the usage shown for that plan, including WhatsApp messaging and AI credits.
Add users to your plan, or move up: most teams move from Starter to Growth when technicians join, and to Scale when they add branches.
Each plan includes a number of users: 3 on Starter, 10 on Growth and 25 on Scale. Users beyond that are added to your subscription as additional users, and the charge is confirmed with you before it applies. Moving to the next plan is often the better option when many people join.
Your plan includes WhatsApp messaging usage. Messaging beyond that may be charged according to the applicable messaging usage and rate structure.
Plans with AI features include AI credits. If you use more, additional AI usage can be added.
Yes. The accredited e-Invoicing provider service is included in your Sahor subscription, within your plan’s included scope.
Yes. Business and identity verification needed for payments and e-Invoicing is included in your subscription.
No. When your customers pay by card, the payment provider charges its own processing fee on that transaction. It is not a Sahor plan charge.
During the pilot phase, eligible UAE customers get 2 months of the Growth plan free, guided onboarding, and 2 months of Sahor One e-Invoicing free from activation.
No. Payments are processed and settled by the payment provider into your connected account. Sahor records the result on the invoice.
