What does Sahor One do?
It brings customer enquiries, quotes, scheduling, field work, invoicing, payments and UAE e-invoicing into one system built for UAE service businesses.
Who is it for?
Home-services businesses first: AC and HVAC, cleaning, property maintenance, plumbing, electrical and pest control, from small teams to several branches.
How much does it cost?
Starter AED 179, Growth AED 449 and Scale AED 899 a month, all before 5% VAT, with Enterprise by agreement. Annual billing costs 10 months’ price.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days on Starter. During the UAE pilot phase, new customers can get the Growth plan free for 2 months instead.
What is the pilot program?
Sahor One is live. Pilot customers are onboarded personally by our team, with guided setup, priority support, 2 months of Growth free and 2 months of e-Invoicing free from activation.
Does it work with our WhatsApp number?
Yes. Your business number connects to a shared inbox, so the whole team can reply and the AI Receptionist can answer after hours.
Is it available in Arabic?
Yes. The business app, field app, client portal and invoices work in Arabic and English, with full right-to-left support.
Does the field app work offline?
Yes. Jobs, checklists and photos work offline and sync when the connection returns. It runs on iPhone and Android.
Does Sahor hold our customers’ payments?
No. A licensed payment provider processes card payments and settles them to your connected account. Sahor records the result against the invoice.
Is Sahor ready for UAE e-invoicing?
Yes. Sahor sends in-scope invoices through an accredited service provider and shows the status of each one.
How is our data protected?
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit and backed up daily. Each business is isolated, access follows roles, and two-factor sign-in is available.
How long does it take to get started?
Most businesses run their first real workflow within a day: add services and team, connect WhatsApp and take the next enquiry through Sahor.
