Do customers need an account?
No. They open a secure link sent on WhatsApp or email. Nothing to install and no password to remember.
What if a link is forwarded to someone else?
The link shows only that customer’s shared records, never your internal notes or other customers. You can revoke and resend a link at any time.
Can property managers see all their buildings?
Yes. A business customer with several locations sees the visits and invoices across all of them from the same portal.
